The test run!
When I presented my brief to my partner George he was worried as he thought he might not be able to do it, but after many practice sessions together he has got more confident in the design. The images you see below are from the best test run.
He followed my strict instructions on how to do the hair and came out with the hair design i intended!
I am really impressed how he took on the hair design even though he was worried he couldn't do it. It helps though that we trust each other to help and do things we know each other can do.
He got the techniques all right, crimping and curling and the placing of he rat and boat head piece.
Overall, anything I would change would be the placing of the pins for the curls and the bun at he back need to be a lot neater as in he image below looks a bit square. Also the time he took to apply the full look need to be a lot quicker. After another practice session I'm sure we will get it spot on!
